My first attempt at "cooking" after so many years.
Baked potatoes - Ham and Cheese
Boil the potatoes to soften.
Remove the inner portion.
"Smash" the potatoes.
Mixed with fresh milk + butter
Add cheese and ham and mixed with the mash potatoes.
Baked in oven for twenty mins
Success!!!
Its time for me to enjoy the "fruit" of my labour.
